If your hearing date is after Thursday, XXXXXXXX (four weeks from our next publication), then you must reschedule your hearing date by calling the Superior Court. Then continue with this process and provide us with your new document indicating your new hearing date.

3 If you have more than one probate to publish (multiple filings with the court), they will have to be published separately, requiring separate fees and needs to be submitted separately.
